TubeWorks Add-In for SOLIDWORKS is a certified SOLIDWORKS Gold Product that will streamline your pre-production design, saving you time and money from day one.

Create tube parts from scratch or recreate CAD (in .igs, .step or Parasolid formats), into native SOLIDWORKS files, adjust them in a parametric environment and get bend data faster than ever before. Extracting bend angles and rotations (LRA or XYZ) from multiple CAD formats, is now a matter of a few clicks, even starting with poor quality or corrupt data. Bending programs can be exported as .pdf reports or sent directly to the bending machine.

Unbend and even flatten tube parts for laser cutting, do feasibility studies using your bending tool library and ensure that parts are manufacturable, before they are sent to the workshop. Quotations are ready in no time.

Without the introduction of TubeWorks and Nigel then Tube Bend Form would not be in the great position it is today. TubeWorks has been a wonderful tool to develop and manufacture an assortment of tubes at Zeman MFG. It’s quick and easy to pick up on , it has cut the design development stage literally in half.
